This man Don make so many people dey shock,  police Don arrest am now ontop this matter inside Moscow, Russia for wandering . 

After dem   handcuffed on a pole, he come dey dance and the police officers come open dem mouth, sey which kind madness be this.

The man was later restrained by the police.
