The Photos of the prophet kissing the two women went viral on the social media and enraged a number of Tanzanians who dubbed him a blasphemer for his actions. Tito’s arrest was based on charges of unruly conduct as he has also been known to drink alcohol while preaching, Tuko, online medium, stated. IGP Simon Sirro who verified the arrest in a statement declared Tito was arrested following public complaints and will be “dealt with accordingly.” “We have arrested Tito’s prophet today in Dodoma over the unruly behaviours he has been involved in, which was reported to us.” Tito’s arrest has led to compliments from disgruntled Tanzanians commending the police for arresting the self-proclaimed Prophet.

Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State has said insulting leaders on social media will not change how things are in Nigeria. In a statement on his official Facebook page, the governor advised youth who wish to chase old people from power to join a party and participate in the process. $500 million recovered from the slush accounts of Sani Abacha in foreign countries during the Goodluck Jonathan administration has disappeared, The Nation reports. The money was reportedly released to the Nigerian government after negotiations with foreign governments, the agreements including that the Nigerian government would employ the recovered funds in developments, including infrastructure such as roads, water, healthcare and education. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has reportedly found that $500 million out of the recovered funds cannot be accounted for. Of the $500 million, the sum of $250 million has reportedly been discovered by the EFCC to have been released to the Office of National Security Adviser (NSA) while Sambo Dasuki headed the office. Gov. Abiola Ajimobi of Oyo State has revealed that he washed dead bodies as a youth to pay his tuition fees while schooling abroad. Ajimobi disclosed this at a South-West Youths Regional Summit on Tuesday in Osogbo.
